We regretfully announce that Dr Karen Yew relocated to Singapore in September 2021. She was a valued member of team and will be greatly missed!  

Dr Karen Yew studied a Bachelor of Medicine / Bachelor of Surgery at the University of Queensland, and completed her General Practice training in Rockhampton, before moving to the Sunshine Coast.

She has special interests and further qualifications in Women’s health and Dermatology. Dr Karen is available for a full range of Women’s health consultations including Implanon, Mirena and Copper IUD insertion and removals. Dr Karen is also qualified in Anti-Wrinkle Injections and offers this service at Coastal Family Health.
