Telehealth Consultations.
To be eligible for telehealth consults you must have attended the clinic in the last 12 months. These are charged per our normal private fee structure and are booked as a standard consultation.

New Patients
All new patients are booked for a long consult in order to take a past history and allow sufficient time to complete the consult. If you feel you do not require a long consult please make reception staff aware.

After Hours Fees
Appointments scheduled between 7:30am and 8:00am may incur an after-hours fee. This helps support the availability of medical care outside regular clinic operating hours.

Dr Chris is a dedicated general practitioner registrar with a strong background in acute care, surgery, and public health. Holding a Doctor of Medicine from Flinders University and advanced qualifications in chronic care management, epidemiology, and public health, Dr Chris is passionate about delivering comprehensive, community-focused healthcare.
Dr Luke Moriarty
Dr Luke has worked at a number of hospitals across South East Queensland including Toowoomba Hospital, The Princess Alexandra Hospital, Logan Hospital, The Queensland Children’s Hospital and the Mater Mothers Hospital. During this time, he completed a number of rotations in general medicine, surgery, emergency, infectious diseases, palliative care and paediatrics.
Dr Tom Keep
Prior to commencing GP training, Dr Tom spent four years working in hospitals across Toowoomba, the Sunshine Coast region, Grafton and the Gold Coast. He brings a broad range of experience and enjoys all aspects of medicine. His particular interests include Mens Health, Mental Health, Paediatrics and Dermatology.

Dr Leneham exclusively practices as a skin cancer clinician, focusing on skin checks and minor procedures, including biopsies, excisions and repair of wounds.

Prior to private practice, Dr Liisa gained extensive experience across a broad range of specialties within the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service. Whilst Dr Liisa enjoys all aspects of family medicine, she has a particular interest in Women’s Health and Chronic Disease Management. She is dedicated to providing thorough, patient-focused care to the local community.
Dr Sarah Molloy
Dr Sarah grew up on the Sunshine Coast, before moving away to study at the University of New South Wales in Sydney and completing her junior years in regional NSW. She has since worked at various hospitals in SEQ, before relocating back to the Sunshine Coast, and is interested in all aspects of general practice.

Payment:
We accept cash, EFTPOS, Visa or MasterCard. We do not accept American Express. Accounts are to be paid at time of consultation. Please ensure your bank details are registered with Medicare to ensure a prompt return of your rebate.
Results:
Patients are responsible for making a follow up appointment after having a blood test, X-Ray or other test. If the doctor does require to see you following a test you will receive notification from Hotdoc, our online booking software. If we are unable to contact you via HotDoc one our nurses/receptionists will call and advise you to make a follow up appointment in a time frame specified by the doctor. This can be made as in clinic face to face appointment or telehealth appointment if the patients fits the require medicare eligibility.
House Calls:
Depending on circumstances, a home visit may be organized for existing patients who are unable to attend the surgery. Please talk to reception staff for further information.
After Hours:
Outside of normal practice hours, we urge patients to call the After Hours Doctor on 13 7425 (13 SICK) who will provide house calls on weekends and public holidays. We also recommend the Caloundra Minor Injuries clinic. FOR EMERGENCIES ALWAYS CALL 000.

Reminders:
We are registered with National & State reminder services to offer reminders for Cervical Screening, repeat tests, health assessments, Qld breast screen. etc. Please advise your doctor if you do not wish to receive these.
Appointments:
Please call (07) 5444 1522 during business hours or book online 24/7 to make appointments. If you have 2 or more concerns, please make a longer consult. Please advise reception if you are booking in for a Cervical Screening, Immunisation, Procedure, Excision, Paperwork or if you are a New Patient. Please request if you require an interpreter.
Complaints:
If you are unhappy with the service we provide, please feel free to write to us, contact reception staff for the best point of contact. We treat all complaints with strict confidentiality and will attend to it ASAP. If you wish to take the matter outside the practice, please contact: 5444 1522.

Telephone Calls:
You can call and leave a message for your doctor during surgery hours. Emergency calls will be triaged by the Practice Nurse. If you require a translator we can arrange that for you through the Translating and Interpreting Service on 131 450.
