Coastal Family Health is commited to providing the highest quality medical care for our patients for all levels of their health with generous appointment lengths, low wait times with excellent Doctors. This includes great service & facilities. In order to uphold these standards these changes in our fee structure have been put into place.
Please note a small surcharge applies for all transactions via Eftpos. These fees are associated with the costs of TYRO Machines and do not provide profit to the practice.
Private Fees.

Telehealth Consultations.
To be eligible for telehealth consults you must have attended the clinic in the last 12 months. These are charged per our normal private fee structure and are booked as a standard consultation.
Prolonged Consult

New Patients
All new patients are booked for a long consult in order to take a past history and allow sufficient time to complete the consult. If you feel you do not require a long consult please make reception staff aware.

After Hours Fees
Appointments scheduled between 7:30am and 8:00am may incur an after-hours fee. This helps support the availability of medical care outside regular clinic operating hours.
