2025 Update

2025 has seen the departure of some of our beloved doctors as they each continue to grow in both their professional and personal lives. Coastal Family Health also welcomes three wonderful new General Practitioners to our 2025 team. See our full update below!

A Bittersweet Farewell

Coastal Family Health farewells the following doctors in 2025. We can’t express enough gratitude for their time spent with us and wish them all the very best on their new endeavours.

Dr Gerard Collins

Dr Gerard Collins is transitioning away from general practice as he pursues his career in skin cancer medicine. He will be practicing solely in skin cancer medicine at National Skin Cancer Centres. Whilst he will be sorely missed we are excited to watch him grow in his new career.

Dr Michael Holland

Dr Michael Holland finished with Coastal Family Health in December 2024, relocating to Melbourne for the second part of his GP registrar training. We wish him all the best and can’t wait to see him as a fully qualified General Practitioner very soon.

Dr Hannah Holland

Dr Hannah is moving on to a new venture in practice ownership and will be practicing from Eckersley Medical Centre, located in Buderim. More details on her exciting new adventure will be available in February. We wish Dr Hannah the best of luck and thank her for all her time spent at Coastal Family Health.

Dr Caitlin Modini

Dr Caitlin Modini is on maternity leave as of January 2025. Coastal Family Health sends a huge congratulations to Dr Caitlin and wishes her the best for this new and exciting chapter in motherhood. Whilst we do not have an official return date, we hope to see her back in the clinic soon.
